Shanghai Net Ocean AI Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2025 with investment from Huitong Holdings (SH.603409), a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. We currently serve automotive component manufacturers. Our core systems are developed in house and built around how each company actually works, with software and shop-floor hardware delivered by one team.

What sets us apart
We build around existing processes, so companies change less to fit the system. Software, cameras, industrial PCs and shop-floor terminals come from one team. Deployment inside the plant keeps sensitive data and models on the premises. Product lines run in parallel and go live in stages, each with a fallback. Source code, documentation and training are handed over with the project.
Where this leads
Building on the six product lines, we are progressively developing the core software a manufacturer needs to operate, on one platform with one sign-in and one set of master data. Source code and data remain inside the company.
