Our customer is Huitong Holdings (SH.603409), a listed automotive components group manufacturing across 11 plants. Net Ocean AI is responsible for the systems covering development, production, quality and supply chain across the group, delivering software and shop-floor hardware together.
Core systems in build
- MES+WMS - replaces the purchased system and brings production and warehouse data onto one platform
- PLM - establishes a single controlled platform, connected to the design tools and the existing systems
- CMOS - two new inspection lines, with cameras, lighting, industrial PCs and algorithms delivered as one package
Delivered
- Automated warehouse integration - existing interfaces retained, no equipment modification, trial operation reached in 16 days
- OEM EDI - replaced manual spreadsheet exports with a daily automatic sync, so demand changes reach production scheduling the same day
