Integrated systems for discrete manufacturing
Shanghai Net Ocean AI Technology Co., Ltd. builds the systems that run development, production and quality for automotive components and other discrete manufacturers, and installs the production-line inspection equipment, shop-floor terminals and servers alongside. One team delivers both, and systems and data stay inside the plant. The company was established with investment from Huitong Holdings (SH.603409), a listed automotive components group.
Three core systems
- PLM - manages drawings, bills of materials, process routings and design changes from design through to volume production
- MES+WMS - runs production on the shop floor and handles warehouse movements, quality records and equipment status
- CMOS - inspects product appearance automatically on the line using industrial cameras, in place of manual visual checks
Supporting integrations
- Automated warehouse integration - connects the warehouse system to automated storage and retrieval systems
- OEM EDI - exchanges orders, delivery schedules and quality data directly with vehicle manufacturers' systems
- AI agents - query data across the systems through conversation
Where it runs
Servers are installed inside the plant, and both the business systems and the models run on site, so sensitive data never leaves the premises. From 2027 the scope extends to business management and in-plant logistics.
